Mermaid Overland Designs

     Creating has always been a part of my life. From music to art, to now clothing and jewelry, I have and always will live to create my dreams. Everything I see inspires me in some way, and occasionally that leads to a beautiful piece. 

     I learned to crochet something really young, found the hook later, picked it up and got my real start on YouTube University following tutorials by artists like @Shylercrochets, @TCDDiy, @Brunaticality, @MarieCastro, @NitahCrochets, and @C_Cleancroché. The first piece I ever made is "wearable" but my work has visibly improved. I learned an insane amount from these artists and have a huge respect for them. There are so many others, but I am inspired most by these artists work, communication with fans, and dedication to their craft. Now it's a little over 10 years later, and I am bursting with ideas!

     I aspire to create a dress that women will wear for their wedding day, and I aspire to create something naughty enough that my SW friends can't wait to purchase their own.
